What is Urbankiz?
Urban Kiz is a new style that originated primarily in France founded by Curtis Seldon, Enah Lebron and Moun and was created in approximately 2013.
This style is danced to more electronic music, including ghetto zouk and pop, hip-hop, rap and house music remixes.
Urbankiz is a derivative of Kizomba, dancing with an open frame leading similar steps with the freedom of more tricks, illusions, and a higher emphasis on the dance's weight transfer. It is a style that allows for more space to dance independently and with your partner.
